Due to COVID pandemic all over the world, the people not only suffered physically but this disease also makes a negative impact on human minds and mental health.
Because of the unique attributes of the disease, not only physical hygiene & vaccination was recommended by World Health Organization (WHO), but SOCIAL DISTANCING was also implied to be safe from getting infected from the Virus.
In order to prevent infection people around the Globe followed precautionary guidelines still it created havoc and billion of people gone through physical and mental trauma in last 3 years.
During the pandemic many physicians, doctors & medical researchers worked day and night to fight against this virus on physical level but unfortunately the negative impact of this pandemic on MENTAL HEALTH was left unseen.
So now its high time to focus on empowering our mental health as because of this pandemic people around the globe have suffered losses. Be it physical health, jobs & loss of loved ones, but worst of all the punishment of SOCIAL RESTRICTIONS, this is the same kind of punishment which is practiced when somebody is sentenced to jail.
People who got infected have to undergo medical treatment along- with 7-14 day of total ISOLATION. And in order to implement SOCIAL DISTANCING, most of the educational institutes and companies implemented virtual classes and work from home, all these changes somehow deteriorated our social interaction & understanding, resulting in low Social Quotient (SQ), which in some cases later lead to SOCIAL PHOBIA in students and individuals. Social Phobia can be described as marked anxiety or fear about one or more social situations.
In order overcome social phobia one may consult to a clinical psychologist, with help of various scientific psychotherapies this phobia can be treated effectively.
